Kevin McGrath

Kevin began crocheting over 10 years ago after wanting to learn to make amigurumi.  He now always has at least one crochet blanket on his hook at any given time.  His fiber journey expanded to include knitting and most recently handspinning.  In addition to his day job as a chemist, he currently serves as one of the program coordinators for the Boston Area Spinners and Dyers guild (BASD).  You can find him and his fiber creations on Instagram.

Rebecca Brown

Rebecca taught herself to knit the summer before she began her PhD in the Classics, so she would have a productive hobby to balance out all of the reading and writing she would be doing. Knitting soon became a great source of comfort and community. Rebecca started taking knitting classes at a local fiber arts shop, to advance her skills, and soon enough she was teaching classmates and colleagues to knit! Since completing her PhD in 2015, Rebecca has taught knitting to kids through adults at Gather Here in Cambridge, the Fiber Loft in Harvard, and informally to friends and colleagues wherever she goes.

Harry Reardon-Daley

Harry has been "hooked" on fiber arts since the age of seven, a journey that began at the hands of his grandmothers. Under the tutelage of his great-grandmother, Kim Little, and grandmother, Shirley DuPont, Harry mastered the foundations of stitching, macramé, and hand sewing. Shirley’s dual love for gardening and fiber art planted the seeds for Harry’s unique brand, "The Fiber Witch," where he focuses on his "Natural Niche"—working with natural dyes, growing plant fibers, and aspiring to become a plant-based fiber spinner.

Harry is certified by the Craft Yarn Council as a Crochet Instructor and by the Herbal Academy as an Herbalist. His expertise spans crochet, needle felting, natural dyeing, and herbalism. Beyond the classroom, Harry is an independent and magazine-published crochet designer. Whether you are picking up a hook for the first time or need help navigating a complex pattern, Harry’s wealth of knowledge and deep-rooted passion for the craft make him a wonderful guide for your creative journey.
