**Knit your own holiday sweater! Sign up for this class and get a sneak peak of yarn we have stashed with just the right amount of sparkle!
Knitting a sweater top-down is a great option for knitting your first sweater or trying a new type of sweater construction. Knitting from the top-down means you get to try on the sweater as you go, and there are fewer ends to weave in! Also in this class, we'll discuss getting gauge, what is meant by "ease", and decipher the pattern instructions, so you’ll be set to knit on your own in between sessions. The pattern suggested for this class is suitable for first-time sweater knitters both in terms of construction and fit. This class is ideal for intermediate knitters, who know their knits from their purls, have knit in the round, and are excited to learn short rows. Students are not expected to finish the sweater by the end of class but will receive all the skills necessary to complete the project on their own.
Please bring: A copy of the pattern (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/eun-sweater); appropriate yarn, needles, and notions; your blocked gauge swatch
